AI and your career transition – sharing what’s working (and what’s not)
As AI tools become increasingly embedded in how we work, many of us are experimenting with how they can support our search for work – whether that’s securing a full-time role, exploring fractional opportunities, or building a consulting or advisory practice.
This online Coffee Circle is designed as a shared learning conversation rather than a masterclass. It is the first in a broader InSync series exploring the practical and strategic use of AI in career transition.
We’ll also introduce a selection of InSync AI tools you can apply immediately – to clarify your strategy, sharpen your positioning, and build out your go-to-market plan. Together, we’ll explore what’s genuinely adding value in the Australian market – and what’s not.
In this session we’ll discuss:
- What AI tools are you using?
- For what purpose?
- With what degree of success?
- And with what level of confidence?
- How are you balancing authenticity with efficiency?
Some may be using AI to localise a CV into the Australian market. Others to shape a consulting offer, refine a pitch, prepare for interviews, or test a value proposition. Some may still be experimenting – or wondering where to start.
There’s no expectation of expertise. The power of this session lies in collective insight – learning from what others have tried, where it’s added leverage, and where it’s fallen short.
Ahead of the session, we’ll share a small selection of InSync Membership AI tools we’ve been developing so you can explore them in advance and come ready to share reflections or questions.
