Our Global Career Transition Programsare designed to help senior professionals explore future career ambitions and clarity around how their skills transfer in the Australian marketplace.
For many senior professionals, repatriation is a major career hurdle. Not only can you feel challenged about how to best localise your global experience, you often need to translate this experience to a significantly smaller and highly competitive employment market. This challenge is often compounded by a lack of relevant professional networks, limited local market knowledge, and a preparedness to overcome the objections returning expats typically encounter.
The program is designed around three core components: Clarity (How clear am I about my career path?)Demand(Where is the demand for what I do / want todo?) and Transferability(How easily can I transfer my career ‘home’?)
