Hear how Jane’s career has evolved since we sat down with her in Series 1 of the Boomeranging podcast.

Jane Hollman was one of our original Boomeranging guests, joining us way back in Season One when we were deep in the strange days of 2020 – and still learning which buttons to press when recording a podcast.

When we last spoke, Jane had already navigated her way back into the corporate landscape as an experienced People and Culture executive. Since then, her career has continued to evolve -taking her from corporate life into the not-for-profit sector and, more recently, towards building a portfolio career of her own.

As portfolio careers and fractional work become increasingly relevant to returning expats, we are sitting down with Jane to talk all things portfolio: what hers looks like, how she has decided on the right mix, what she has learned along the way, and whether creating several jobs for yourself is actually more complicated than having just one.

We will also explore how her global experience continues to influence the work she chooses, the value she brings and what she would tell her newly returned self – with the considerable benefit of hindsight.
